Delete your GymMaxx account

GymMaxx — gym member app. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data.

Option 1 — in the app (instant)

Open GymMaxx and sign in.
Go to Profile and scroll to the bottom.
Tap Delete Account and confirm twice.

Option 2 — by email (no app needed)

Send an email to support@gymmaxx.al from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my GymMaxx account". We confirm and delete the account within 30 days (usually within 2 business days).

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone, date of birth, photo)
Fitness questionnaire answers, workout plans, workout logs and statistics
Class bookings, notification tokens and app settings

What may be kept

Membership payment and visit records your gym must keep for accounting or legal reasons, for as long as the law requires (typically up to 10 years for invoices). These are no longer linked to an app login.
Your membership at the gym itself is not cancelled by deleting the app account — please talk to reception for that.
